The Winter Cycling Federation is thrilled to welcome Stephen Kurz to the board. Stephen is a planning professional who lives and works in The Netherlands, where, like most Dutch people, he lives a lifestyle where cycling every day is taken for simply normal. Stephen also grew up in a large city on the Canadian prairies where cycling isn’t quite so, well, easy… yet. By bridging these two unique worlds, and by bringing a passion for transformative change, Stephen brings a unique perspective to our work and we are honoured to have him.
