The Winter Cycling Federation together with the Finnish Cycling Embassy are collaborating to present the 2023 Master Class in Winter Cycling Urbanism. The Master Class will take place in Oulu, Finland with some of the same speakers planned for the 2023 Winter Cycling Congress. The dates, February 22 — 23 and the cost 585 €, are the same as the Winter Cycling Congress. Come learn about Oulu’s remarkable success story and ride their famous cycle ways!
